I took a year off for various reasons, but I'm back and ready to make it the best yet!


SO....

2011 PA MEGA MEET Vers. 3

Wanted to get the thread up and running, so everyone sees what's happening. I'm going big this year. The company I now run will retain full sponsorship for this event. This means BIGGER, BETTER, MORE PRIZES, SHOW FIELD, MORE ADVERTISING, BEST EXPERIENCE!!!!!

We've learned what works and what doesn't. The cruises were awesome, but we jammed up I279 and people got lost in year 2! We just had SO many cars it was nuts...fun as hell though!

This year will include cruise in's WITH maps distributed to all. I am attempting to plan 3-4 meeting areas in the North, South, East and West of Pittsburgh. A central gathering point for all to lead each other in.

I will need volunteers to work with me to establish these locations and handle getting people to the venue. If your in WV, NY, OH, MD and feel you have a pocket of interest and can lead in a large crew...let's make it happen! We want as many cars as we can get!

I will post dates and details, but the target in JUNE weeks 1-3...that is our range/target.

Let's get this started and get everyone involved...this is gonna be HUGE.

I can't wait man! I attended the 2nd meet and had an unforgettable time. I'll deff be attending if there's a meet this year. may I suggest the last week of june since there is another huge honda meet in VA the first week of june.

I'm working around what's happenin.

Glad you had a good time and can vouch for the possibilities. Rain killed us a bit at the 2nd meet but those karts in the wet were a good time.

This year I'm lookin to occupy that whole facility. Hot laps on the track, autox, drift, then flashlight drags later on the front straight. We're gonna try and do it all this time.

Yeah, it'll be done as soon as the event details are solidified. I'll be having a meeting next week about it and we should have everything ironed out.

damn man i didnt know you were doing one again this year. im putting one on in june as well haha.

well the end of june. hopefully dates dont conflict. either way more meets the better! we need more of them in a summer anyways

Made a thread and didn't see your planning one, but I got some specifics down that should work pretty well. August 2nd, it's a saturday at QSL in Robinson. Parkings fine, and we're more than welcome there since they enjoyed our business last year. Thats what I had posted up, and if you want to go with it let me know...

I was going to include a cruise though too, so if you're still down with that location, throw up some specifics on a cruise

If you need a hand feel free to pm me. I am in eastern ohio (steubenville) and I don't have a problem leading in some people from this way, helping with planning, etc.

You guys can count me and my car club in. I am co-president to Black List Customs and we have about 6 Honda's in the club and will def. make our way out for the QSL shows in Robinson.

So are they in June or August?
