What bulb

My friend is going to be getting a expensive HID kit and wants to know what bulb to get. He is going to put the bulb into the OEM 92-95 EG headlights. I told him about the glare and everything but he said he does not care. So, what bulb will fit in there?

An HID capsule based for an H4 halogen socket, or a D2R capsule with an adapter such as Casper shields.
