Tail light issue
 

I have a 96 acura integra.. My tail lights are completely out all at once i have new bulbs i have checked the fuses its not the fuses. My dash lights still turn on so i know its not the dash and running lights fuse plus before when that fuse blew the brake lights turned on. A few days has passed with no problem but now my tail lights all together are out, no brake lights no running lights no indicators does anybody know whats going on?

So if it is a short what is the best way to go about it? Please help!
