Its in the tail light housing, that light in the bumper is from something else.

Correct. That is not the proper OEM rear fog lamp for that vehicle.

No, it's not for the EK either. Why not just install the correct part for your specific vehicle?

Going to be hard to get the EDM tail light lens. JDMland only sells the UKDM one.

EDIT: Just checked and they do sell the EDM one, not the UKDM.

Has anyone tried installing an 1156 / P21W bulb in the USDM lights? I'm curious how much better the lens and reflector are in the EDM lights, since the bowls look similar from the rear. Output wouldn't be identical, but it might be sufficient, and the cost would be much less.

Used roto zip to cut out the shape. Then wired constant power to the rear brake lights.

That looks hideous on the eg, looks great on the ef though, it goes well with the boxy shape.

**It's Easy, Your Just Cutting a Hole to make the Rear Fog Light Fit**
MAKE SURE THE HOLE IS NOT TOO BIG

Step 1: Remove Rear Bumper, Screws & Bolts
Step 2: Outline the Inner Rectangle of the PLASTIC COVER
Step 3: Draw it on the Rear Bumper to see Where you Want it
Step 4: I Used a Wood/Metal Electric Saw, Make Sure you dont Miss(LOL)
Step 5: ** MOST IMPORTANT PART**
Cut the Hole Smaller than the Outline(Smaller the BETTER)*Be Careful*
Step 6: Wire it to Whichever, Brake Light, Blinkers, or Regular Light, or just splice and wire it to a JDM Switch.

Where can i get the light?

yea forgot to mention you have to remove it or cut it

thats a lot just for a light but its hella clean.. was it hard to cut off?? do i really need that bar tho??

Yes you need it. Saves your car from more damage if you get rear ended. So I suggest getting it cut to fit the rear fog light!

Here you go.

These are the rear fog lights built into the tail light panels. In UK the rear fog is on the right side, in Germany the rear fog is on the left side. It all depends which drive is the car.

ok, and this is a bumper rear fog that was also installed on some EG in Europe. This is more common on the EF Civic tho. Also Preludes, Integras, Legends, Accords, Civic, Crx all had similar type fogs installed in Europe due to their laws. i like the edm fog on most of the cars but the eg it just looks out of place i think.. but its your car do what you like... good luck

I need one, SF gets a lot of fog and I just want to save my car's ass, but I know for EJ8s you don't have to cut the bumper 'cause the fog light comes integrated in the taillight does anyone has pictures http://is.rely.net/1-92-29998-l-1gbM...AmVuBW3hGg.gif
