Re: How to - JDM ITR HID Headlight and Fog Light Wiring (Spids5)
Just a quick question, where did you guys ground your relay to ?
And where did you guys put your relay ? I have my relay under my dash right now and I tried to wire up the foglights today but it didn't work.
I followed all of the instructions using this:
But then this:
Contradicts where to put the black, red, and 30amp fuse wire.
Actually all of the pictures that show you where to put the wires black, red, and 30amp inline fuse wire are different.
Also I couldn't find this brown plug underneath the dash
So I just ran the line from the relay to my headlights, could that have been my problem?

theres a gold metal bolt on top of where the fuse box is located, thats where u ground your relay and the brown plug is under the dash to your left hand side its hidden so look around, n the brown plug is in the engine bay by the the low beam connector driver side. hope that helps , just finished doing mine and it came out sick!

The reason the two pictures don't match up is because one is a 94-97 fuse box and one is 98-01 fuse box. Also the pictures are all just different sources I collected over the years and was asked by a mod to post them all. They are just supposed to be a reference to help out. If you have any specific questions that Milan0Gsr didn't just answer shoot me a pm.

Re: How to - JDM ITR HID Headlight and Fog Light Wiring (Spids5)
From this picture, where do I put the ground for the switch?
Same place I put the ground for the 30amp relay ?
Or is the ground suppose to go to the brown plug hiding behind the rest pedal ?
My car is a 96 Integra by the way.

Update: So I got the fogs to work today- I am using the cruise control button as my foglight switch. I found that you do not have to cut all of the wires connected to it, just the green one. You can leave the rest alone and follow the diagram. When I had the 2 reds together and 2 blacks it didn't work.

Damn, I could have used this 2 years ago when I was trying to figure out the wiring mess that the original owner left for me.

Noob here on electrical wiring.. But I just recently bought an integra with the jdm front and the headlight wiring on this car is f*cked up. Everything is just spliced and I have no idea on how to connect all the wires. Somebody told me about getting the passwordjdm harness which they said would help me lot. But does anyone have a digram or have this type of setup that they can maybe help me out with?

There is a wiring diagram on the first page for the headlights. If you still can't figure it out you can pm me.

I bought brand new connectors from Passwordjdm for the non-hid headlights. They only have four wires so you will need to get a third connector to steal two wires out of it so each connector has five wires.

Did you try Napa Auto Parts? I'm surprised no automotive parts stores don't carry the relay you need. If all else fails try eBay.
