Ballasts Buzzing....
 

Are ballasts supposed to be buzzing? On the kit I got, the working side buzzes while the non-working side does not buzz.

So I sent the non-buzzing ballast back to the company and they tested it and said it works.

So is something wrong with my kit? They told me to check connections and the fuse, they look fine to me....
