90 Accord turn signal

90 Accord turn signal
I have a 1990 Honda Accord with a turn signal issue.
The right turn signal works just fine as well as the 4way emergency flashers.
However, the left turn signal does not work at all. No blinking, no dash indicator and no clicking from under the dash.
I have replaced the flasher relay, the turn signal switch, the harness to the turn signal switch (under steering column), the emergency flasher switch and all fuses.
I attempted chasing the wiring but I am horrible with wiring issues.
When I touch the test light to the turn signal switch wires, the right side blinks as it should (in vehicle as well as test light) but when I touch it to the left side wire all it does is makes a constant error-type buzzing sound under the dash.
Could this be as simple as checking the ground wires? (if so does anyone have a diagram showing where it may be?) or do I have to chase all wires from one end to the other?
