Default What is this port on the water pump, can i block it?.

I took the nipple out, that had a small hose on it, it would have ran to the stock k20A2 intake manifold. I've got the ktuned manifold now, but before I put it on, i'd like to know what that port is and if I can block it off. And if I can't, what CAN I do with it, I see no where on the manifold to put an oil? line into.

If you block that off I would run at least a catch can off the valve cover
