What engine harness should I run?

What engine harness should I run?
So I am swapping a k24a2 in my mr2. I am confused as to which harness to run. When I tried looking online different people were saying different things. Here is what I have:
K24a2 06 tax engine with a cable driven throttle from an accord
Accord 5spd trans
Accord Ktuner ecu
I was going to run an element harness for it. I understand I will have extra plugs because of the transmission. And the reverse lockout. But will the rest of the harness work for me? Or should I choose a different harness?
