K24A2 motor compatible with K20A3(EP3) tranny
We have a K24A2 swap in a 956 EG hatch with a blow tranny. We also have a spare EP3(K20A3) tranny in the shop not being used. Are they compatible? If not what needs to be done to make it work if possible. I have found some answers, but not conclusive enough.

The EP3 trans will bolt to the K24A2 block... if you had a TSX transmission before, the swap mount on the transmission side will not fit the EP3 trans, so you will have to get another mount. Also, you will need to use the same type VSS as you had previously, so make sure that your EP3 VSS matches the one in the blown trans.
