The only thing we are not mentioning is crank size and compression.
So, it has a basic head job on a head that flows around 330... with stock valves... high compression as any other all motor monster on steroids, external oil pump and runs on c14 with IPS K10 cams tuned on Kpro..
So, from what I have seen during the recent years, these are not that bad of specs. In K series drag racing world, the motor can be either short rod or long rod, k24 block or k20 block.... with cranks ranging from 86mm that is the stock k20a2 to 106mm, that is the crank inlinepro produced...
An average engine builder that has worked with some honda motors, with average experience should be able to see from that graph where the power peaks and make some conclusions as to what kind of displacement such a motor could be.
In my opinion, this is short of a cookie cutter drag motor that can go fast on the right chassis. At the same time, this is short of a baseline and that is why he decided to share this with us.. Personally as most of you, I appreciate seeing something like this because most engine builders also show graphs like this one to high dollar potential customers and are not for the public eye.
Most people do not know enough about methanol vs race gas and what the difference in power is.
I do realise that having to use an external oil pump is not ideal, but after real 300whp, it is necessary. You can get away with a stock type oil pump for a little bit over 300 but the crank is just unhappy until you go external.

I'm not falling for that one. Especially because any comparative speculation is moot on a motor with no specs.

Dyno numbers mean nothing without track times... unless it makes 363 on the same dyno that most california honda tuners know about
Track times will never get posted, because this motor is going to be used as pace car for the indy 500

You guys are classic. On his shakedown run , DTRFAB RSX drag car run 11.0 with a stock k20a2 motor... nothing done to it... which dynoes around 200 at churches.. So with that extra 163whp, I would like to believe that a similar drag chassic driven by my grandma, (RIP) it should be able to go under 11
but seriously, if someone needs track times to give credit to this motor, I doubt this credit is welcome. Like I said it is a simple drag motor. No hi end parts. Take it for what';s worth.

Dang, im sitting here thinking i have good credit. O wells, nothing personal or nothing like that. But ive just grown to like/respect track times more then dyno numbers. Either way its a solid built motor. good job.

Re: (Professor15)
Don't take it personally. There is a racer somewhere that has this motor in his car and wants to win races. We just posted his recent dynograph and where it was done. If we start posting his track times, we might as well just tell you his mother's maiden name.
All I am saying is that there should be no doubt this motor will go tens on a decent drag chassis.. that is all.
