As far as direction on your build I'd go K24. I've had a JDM K20A with cams and now a K24 with more compression. It's like night and day. K24A block, rods, pistons, cams/VT, and a tune will get you a lot of power and torque for the effort. Midrange torque is not to be underestimated.

^^what bolt-ons you have? i'm wondering what i should do next.

i have sri, flashpro, s2header, s2 70mm and only dynod @ 218bhp/148tq.

(or is yours hp at the crank? if so that means were about the same wheel hp/tq.)

are you tuned? i'm just running the base map hondata came with.

oh, and to the OP. it depends on what your plans are for the car. daily driver or 1/4 mile?

if your dd then just go with bolts-ons (i/h/e) and tune. you'll be a quick NA. and should cost less then $2000.

a real tune will do better than the basemap from Hondata. Thats just to get you started, that could be the biggest difference right there.

subtract 6-8%... its well known church's pack reads higher than other dyno's

yea i know that. but hondata is suppose to get 60% of all the power from the bolt ons.

i talked to a guy at a shop and he said he could pull and extra 10-20 hp out of my car.
