k20 or k24
i want to do a n/a k build
but im kinda new to the k series more of an h kinda guy
i read lots of people use the k20 head on an k24 block?
not sure of the benifit of that is but im wanting to learn

the k20 head is used on k24 motors that dont have a true vtec head but are running one and 2 lobe cams only that have I-vtec as honda calls it but it is not VTEC the way we know it.
So we take heads from rsx type s engine, or JDM type r, tsx, 2006+ Civic Si head etc etc
and put them on K24a blocks that have bigger stroke of course etc
Unlike bseries, the heads go right on the blocks and no need to redirect oil etc.
Depending on what you want to do, you migh not need to do a k24/k20a frank
