but seriously, my guess is to zip tie the cam gears the the chain (as mentioned before) and then just do one cam at a time to keep the chain from flopping around, just a guess though.

Shhh...Keep it a secret, don't let the video out. Honda will definitely cut down the flat rate hours for techs if they see this.

they realized everyone would use the cam swap technique to switch to IPS cams and said "screw it".

Swapping cams on a B Series is much easier (for most) then a K Series... the process is very much the same but it would be easier to simply remove the cams and gears completely rather then have to deal with reinstalling the key-way after the gear and cam have been matted.
Remember... B Series key-ways dont stay put like the K Series.
