Icon4 k20 Pressure washed motor... now so spark

Hey guys,i have a dc2 K20 swap I just washed the car yesterday and pressure washed the engine bay with the engine off. after the car cranked up and ran just fine. but after getting to my house and I let the car sit while I cleaned the inside the car would not start up after. the engine bay is pretty simple. wire tuck and shaved engine bay. everything has been relocated. battery to trunk. everything electrical into passenger side. I just had replaced the starter a few days ago to fix a no crank issue I was having so that's brand new and has been working fine since. I pulled all coil on plugs and checked for spark. no spark. I have 12v going to each coil and checked ground circuit and all seems to be fine there. I checked cam and crank sensors and have 12v and 5v on both as well and connectors were not loose. checked all grounds to chassis and motor. all are tight and secure. just really at a loss for what could have been such a difference in an hour from when it originally started to why it wont start now. also have fuel pressure as well as I'm running an inline fuel pressure regulator. any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks!
