Okay so I’m planning on buying 15x7 with +15 offset wheels what would be the best tire size to put on the wheels really need help

The inflated diameter of 195/60R 15s will have your speedometer reading almost dead nuts with a GPS. So if your speedo is reading 80, you're actually going 80 mph. Seems very accurate across the board. 30 is 30, 60 is 60.
