Need help with a 00 civic ex transmission
 

So my 99 civic is shifting at high rpms. It varies from 3500 to 4300 rpms, sometimes will shift and jerk, and other times it shifts somewhat smooth. Aside from the obvious answer that most likely my tranny is going bad or selonied or I dont know any help fluid looks clean
