Default I'm just a daily driver of a 95 1.5 del sol

She may be kinda slow... but I'm still very passionate about my lil targa top gas sipper. This is the best car I have ever owned and I've had a few Hondas 79 Prelude, 79 Accord and a CRV etc. I'm dirt poor due to disability, but can afford to drive this wonderful lil sports car <3

She's not doing well now and I'm wondering if I should replace the HG or just look for a JDM 1.5 import engine and have a friend put it in for me? I like this size engine due to the MPG and it's fast enough for me. I know you guys are all Honda racers, so I figure you'll have the right answers to save my lil baby.

Welcome to H-T! Post up some photos of your delsol!
What is leading you to believe the headgasket is gone? A compression and leakdown test would be the first place to start to narrow down your issue! If it turns out to be only the headgasket and the rest of the motor is fine, I wouldn't see any reason to swap it out. But that's just me.
