89 Dx swap d16a6/z6 misfiring cylinders
 

My car is messing up it run fine when I did the swap the first time but it was a bad head so I swap it back to the d16a6. I got a built d16z6 head an put it on the car an now it won't fire on cylinders 1 an 3 I've tried everything tps new dizzy new ecu new wires an plugs can anyone point me in the right direction or tell me what the hell is wrong. It has a brand new dizzy cause I thought that was wrong with it it's not cause I put the new one on an it did the same thing i put the old one on the same thing. Switched ecu from p28 virgin to chipped p28 only thing differeft is it revs up to 4 grand an with the virgin it revs up to 3 grand

My problem is I swapped the head with the old set up an now it wont run pass 4 grand an hits the rev limiter an is lacking power wiring is all good an grounds are solid??? I'm done fighting it if someone can point me in the right direction that would be cool
