Should be pretty much bolt on.
My friend converted his 240 to manual. ( I know it's the opposite) but automatic transmission was a breeze to take off. Converting everything to manual is the hard part.
So imo it shouldn't be hard at all.

What are you talking about?
Purge cut-off solenoid valve - You already have on one the firewall in an EF. You can eliminate it (take it off) or leave it and just plug the vacuum port.
map on the firewall vs map on the T.B. - I'm assuming you reused your old engine harness, so just plug it into whichever map sensor you want to use. Both have a vacuum source, so they will both read correctly. You can eliminate either one as long as the plug the vacuum source.

Re: Z6-->EF purge cut-off solenoid valve on the z6 mani (1989rexsi)
p28 ecu w/obd0-obd1 conv. harness with stock si engine harness
help please....
just 1 more time the two plugs on the firewall "one for map and the other for the purge thing"
but there is also one on the p08 mani. i took the one on the mani off and plued the hole and now i have a plug just laying there. and i took off the map/purge thing completlely off the firewall and pluged into the map on the t.b. so i have another plug just laying there.. and as far as the charcoal canister. i was told i can throw that away to but i have to plug the holes on the t.b/firewall.....is this the correct way
thanks its taking to long to get her running......
