Hi all,

I have a problem that's got me a bit confused and am wondering if anyone else has experienced this / know what to do.

Up until a snowstorm (in which I escaped to Las Vegas to avoid) my car started / drove fine. It's been that way for 4 years now. As the title says its a b18c in a 92-95 hatch (odb1).

I get home after the snowstorm has ended and my car wont start. I'm sure it's getting fuel (wet spark plugs after trying to start), timing belt didn't suddenly snap from when I parked it at home to when i tried to start it up on my return.

When testing the spark I noticed it was yellow. Okay so we've changed the entire dizzy and the wires. Still Yellow.

The battery & starter is fine. The starter is doing its job and cranking and there are sparks (yellow) coming from the wires during test. The car will just not fire up.

Does anyone know how i would go about checking around about the yellow spark on both distributors, one of which has a new cap and coil. I have a feeling this is either electrical related (somehow).

Thanks for your time, and yes I've searched numerous times and read countless threads, none of which tackle this exact problem to my understanding!


PS. also for those from GDD, yes my girlfriend is cheating on me.
