Default Y7 to Y8 head swap - Wiring help!

I've done some research about it, but I'm still lost. I pulled a y8 head from an Acura EL at the yard yesterday, along with the ECU. This will all be going into my 99 EK which has a d16y7 in it. The wiring in the bay appears to not match up, so I'm lost on what to do. I suspect it's because my car doesnt have VTEC wiring. Also I am aware that there is obd2a and obd2b, but I'm not really sure what that means, or if the y8 is obd2a or obd2b. I haven't begun the swap yet, everything is just waiting.

This is the wrong section for this type of question but all your answers are in the link below along with guides on the subject matter.

I have seen similar questions to this in the section, so pardon me if its in the wrong section. I have read and re read plenty of threads about it, but none of them make sense to me, or seem match my situation.

It took a while, but I managed to figure out my y8 is OBD2b and so is my y7. I think this means all o have to do is wire vtec

Post pics of the ECU.

As for wiring you'll need to

-convert from 3-2 wire IACV
-wire up VTEC and knock sensor
-depending on your exhaust manifold you may have to extend secondary 02
