Default Would a ls tranny fit a b16a motor? Is it efficient? Good or bad combination? (I tried to do reserch

I have a rebuilt ls tran and new clutch and I see a b16a motor only for sale I was wondering if the ls tran would fit into the b16a, would a rebuilt tranny w/stage 1 gripforce racing clutch perform ok on the b16a? I don't wanna pay more than a grand for the b16a tranny if my b18b tranny is in good condition. Any help would be appreciated.

Dude, the ls trans is by far the worst trans you can get (specially on a b16). The gears are very long, B16 and ls trans=

If you have no choice then run it, but let me warn you, I've seen a few b16's with LS trannies run. They run like ***. No torque + Long gears = roadkill

I see thanks. I was thinking about ls-v but found out that it's not reliable however increase in torque so I said expletive it.

I see thanks. I don't want that then. I mean my ls all motor ran strong, estimated in the high 13s-14s. Untill the timing belt snapped in half.
