Yes it will fit. Exactly the same way as any hydro B-series motor would fit. Just make sure you get the complete B16B engine with (hydro) transmission.
Only special thing you need would be a B-series Delsol shift linkage (off the B16A equipped delsol) which you'd have to order from teh dealership or buy used (kinda hard to find used tho). You cannot use an integra shift linkage in a Sol like you can in a hatchback, the design is different.
