Worth port matching IM to P & P head?
I just bought a port and polished b16 head yesterday. It included a stock b16 intake manifold. I heald the IM gasket(which is exact with the head) up to the intake manifold, and it is a little off on the top where the injectors are. Would it be worth taking a dremel to it and make it the exact same size, and also smothing out the casting as far up the runners as I can?

Damn... labor for P&P is always so expensive. I'd spend the money in a ITR manifold instead.

I bought the Port and Polish kit for $65 and it is worth it. Take your time and don't go crazy with the grinder. Here is the link http://www.theoldone.com/articles/b16a.head/ Good luck.

i could have swron i read somewhere that u should port the intake manifold ports larger than the ones at the head..for some kind of anti-revision.
i could be wrong...does anyone know about this?
