At wits end..... constant No start no crank symptoms B20 swap. help!
Long story short.
B20 ran good. Fuel pump died...replaced. couple weeks later moved out of garage and 20 mins later won't crank or anything when key turned all the way.
So.... I check grounds-intact. Replaced starter - brand new. Acessories interior and exterior- work fine. Battery - older but still getting 12v at battery and 11-12V at starter. Relays-?? Original OEM. Fuel pump - primes when key turned once......but main symptom is from that moment on I get nothing but a Suttle "click" from under hood near fuse box when I turn the key to start it. Where do I continue to investigate from here with out just buying random parts?

just cause you get 12 volts at the battery does not mean its good.. cranking amps can be low. i been that road just trusting the voltage reading.. try jumping it maybe??

Check the large ground going from the frame rail to the transmission. If that's not it with the car in neutral take a test lead and connect one end to the positive terminal of the battery. Touch the other end to the spade terminal on the stater solenoid and see if the engine cranks over. If it does you've got a wiring issue between the ignition switch and the starter (or the ignition switch is bad) if not you've got an issue between the battery and the starter or the starter and ground.
