Default wiring a 95 GSR into a 95 si sol

Alright, I have searched, got many diffrent suggestions, some saying to use my harness, others saying use the GSR harness. In a week or so, I am getting a full GSR car so I will have every part at my disposal. However, In my car, I already have a VAFC and I dont really want to re wire that again, so I would like to use My harness. It is from a d16z6, so all I would need to do is wire up a knock sensor and then the IAB.

From Cspeed racing article

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">
Step 29:
Notice the markings on the ECU; they read xxx-p72-xxx, which is the appropriate ECU for a B18c swap. Since the civic already had vtec, the only wires that needed to be added were at D3 for the knock sensor and A17 for IAB. The pinout for the IAB can be switched from A20.
</TD></TR></TABLE>

I kinda know what they are saying but not really. I am pretty lost on the who lingo. can someone explain this to me in real english?

You can reuse your Del Sol engine harness or the GSR engine harness, it's really up to you. With the GSR harness it will have the knock sensor and IAB wiring embedded and you would only need to work those out on the cabin side. If you use your stock harness, since it's from a VTEC motor all the wiring will be present except the knock sensor and IAB. You will have to untape some loom and possibly extend a few wires to get the plugs to their respective locations but it won't make the job much harder. Then, you'll need to salvage the knock and IAB wire and plugs from the GSR harness and wire those up, but it's not that big a deal.
