dash

my 89 civic was a dx, i have since put a crx engen (and under dash) wireing harness in it. i have retaned the stock dx harness in the back of the car i have made all the right conettions to run the fule pump and have brake lights etc... but the car runs very rich and surges. and the surging becoms very bad when the radio fuse is put in ( I am not joking). also i have a coad for fule supply sysetem.
