Will this work to pass inspection?
I have a 96 GSR with an ls/vtec swap. The ls block as we all know doesnt have a stud to thread the knock sensor on. Using the gsr harness I am throwing the cel code for knock sensor.
If I for inspection purposes swap from my gsr ecu to my roomates ls ecu will it eliminate the cel long enough to pass??? If not what other options do I have?

I wish it was as easy as just unhooking the light but when they test for inspection on obd2 cars they plug it into a ecu monitor and although the light wont be illuminated the computer will still show a cel
