How To Plug Del Sol VTEC Radiator To fit 92-95 hybrid hatch? L@@K!!!
I have a 95 hatch with a B18B1 minus A/C. I plan on going turbo and want to know if the dual-core radiator form the DOHC VTEC del sol fits without any problems or mods. I can get the radiator for 130$ brand new/lifetime garrentee/ @ http://www.radiator.com....but I need to know if it will fit?---------THANKS

fits with plenty of room, at least with a b18c and stock headers... it's just a little bigger than the stocker.
you better do some measuring with your turbo manifold though, sometimes those things can be wild and large.

I got the radiator in today>>>"PERFECT FIT" Thanks guys, but..........
On the bottom of the del sol radiator, it has two small outlets that look like it goes to some small hoses. It doesn't have them on my other radiator. Will I be OK if I just plug them up or run a hose from one outlet to the other causeing it to "loop" back into the radiator?

Do all of them come like that? If so, what do they do for a standard? I looped it back with a piece of radiator hose and it seems to be working great. Let me know how they did it ......if anybody has a DOHC del sol w/ 5speed tranny on here. -----Thanks

you don't have to plug them up, it is a separate passageway and the coolant doesn't even flow through there. the closed loop was good because you don't want to foul it. if you do that turbo and need extra cooling, you can tee your throttle body coolant line into the section for the auto tranny fluid cooler! but that is just an option i would do...put all of your cooling capabilites to the max for insurance and peace of mind.

Oh....pretty cool (no pun intended) So it's just like an extra tap built into the radiator....does it matter which one you use for an inlet and an outlet and does it flow just through the botom portion of the radiator?....Thanks

What year Del Sol did they come with? I am looking up the part now and am not sure.

The one I ordered from radiator.com was for a 95 del sol w/ DOHC VTEC.

no sir, it does not matter which side you choose to use as an inlet or an outlet. alright...try it.
