Default will a d16y7 head fit onto a y8 block?

will it? and if so what do i neeed to put it on like the timming blet what one and the head gasket and head bolts?

Why the hell would you want to do that? do you mean the y8 head on the y7 block?

i have a y8 block laying around from doin a mini me on a y7 so i have the y7 head sitting around can i put them togatehr and make a long block?

why put a non vtec head on a vtec block? you'll end up with a low grade y7
