Default Who drag races their car with an aluminum flywheel?

Hey:

I have had good luck with aluminum flywheels on domestics, but was wondering how well it would work on my hybrid. Mostly I am concerned with the launch, and how much RPMs fall of during shifts.

Thanks

Steve

I have one on my b16. i love it. its a fast drop on the shift, about as fast as you can shift, and the sync of the gears is so quick (i.e. 2 to 3 OR 3 to 2.) takes stress off the transmission and engine. only thing it hurts is a little torque down low because its so light. but oh well my engine didnt have torque anyway.
