when doing a 96d16y7 swap with b18c1????
#2
The starter does not fit. My GSR starter was finished when I tried to start it on Saturday and I pulled out my D16Y7 starter and the bolt holes don't match up. For the alternator, I was told that it was possible to put it on, but there would be a need to modify the brackets a bit. I don't know how though.
I'm not sure it the d16y7 alternator would have enough output for the GSR though.

to make the wiring easier, use a 96-98 engine wiring harness. Some wires will have to be cut and extended. As for IAB wiring..........
You cant use the Si's(being that they are obdIIb)
