Whats the difference between PR4 (obd1) and P74/75 Ecus?
As above.
Im swaping an ls into my 93 integra GSR (to keep the b17), are they they the same? Ill be using either a B18A or a B18B but with a OBD1 dizzy and TB (top mount map)

Either ECU will control a B18A/B or B20B/Z. The only minor differences would be possibly in the fuel and timing maps, other than that they are very close. A top mounted MAP throttle body isn't necessary unless you just want to use it, you can keep the firewall mounted MAP and MAPless throttle body. I'm not quite getting what you mean by "swaping an ls into my 93 integra GSR (to keep the b17)". I understand that you are swapping the LS into the 93 GSR but what do you mean by "to keep the B17"?

the GSR comes with the B17A engine and I want to keep this engine for my hatch and sell the integra (DAs are fugly) I guess Ill just use the ecu I can find for cheapest
