B20B has 8.8:1 compression - this is the block you want for turbo
B20Z has 9.6:1 compression and a taller intake manifold stack for increased midrange torque

yea but with the b20z comes with 9:6:1 compression and stock **** power is 146 with this compression i can still run on 91 with a turbo.

most of the power difference on the b20b and b20z is from the intake manifold. So if you were to slap on a b20z manifold to a b20b, it should perform fairly close to a stock b20z, obviously not as well due to the lower compression.
