Default What year Integra GSRs are OBD2b? Do any of them NOT have immobilizer?

I have a '00 Civic DX.

It's currently running a '00 GSR motor with a '99 Civic Si ECU.

I want to run the currect GSR ECU for this motor so fueling is correct and so I can use the IAB functions.

I've searched and I can't find years of GSR motors VS emissions.

Basically, the OBD2b Civic ECU's have different plugs at the ECU than OBD2as.

Is there any plug and play Integra GSR ECU that will work with my OBD2a civic harness that doesn't have the immobilizer feature?

If I have to use an OBD2b--> OBD2a conversion harness, will I still be able to pass emissions, and will I lose any engine features/functions?

Thanks!!!

with the jumper you should be fine, if it passes emmissions now it should be ok with the obd2a gsr ecu, not sure if you lose any functionality anyone feel free to correct me but Im pretty sure you don't lose any fuctions and you get use of the butterfly things in the gsr intake (personally I would just pull them off my friend did but we don't do emmissions in florida)

I want the butterflies functional. I found a dyno on HT somewhere that showed after 6k, it will make the same power, but under 6k, with the butterfiles closed (controlled by ECU) the car makes 5whp and 10-15wtq MORE. That's the area I'll be driving in most (not WOT...) .. its a daily driver.

I am curious about functionality, though. Are there any sensors or equipment on an OBD2b vehicle that an OBD2a Ecu doesn't control?

99 and older Integra ECU's don't have the immobilizer. Running one of those and a jumper harness will set you straight. There will be no loss in functionality.
