What will I need for a D-Series swap into my EG?

What will I need for a D-Series swap into my EG?
Researched this one for a while...
I'm guessing since all USDM EG Civics came with one form or another of the D-Series Engine, all the shift linkage, fuel system, transmission, and axles should line up if I do a d16z6 or d15b...
My question is this:
If I decide to swap in a B-Series, I will need these:
Motors Mounts
Transmission
Shift Linkage
Axles
What I need to know is if I will need anything else so that I can take it all to a shop and
get them to drop it it.

Your title says D-series swap?
Doesn't all EG except Japan come with D- Series, it would be a straight forward swap in.

Yea but it would be from a non-VTEC to a VTEC.
