Default What timing belt?

Ok, I put a jdm d15b vtec block in a crx. I used a 16 valve nonvtec head. I tried the 104 tooth vtec belt = too short. Then i tried the 106 tooth non vtec belt way too long. From my understanding there is also a 103 tooth belt but I assumed that it would also be too small. Is there a timing belt that will work with this combination. I ve went over and overand tried all the belts that I had and could not get any of the f....ers to fit. At this point I am so frustrated that I cant think. Anybody please help.
