Default What rear T bracket for DOHC Civic Swap?

i have a 93 coupe with 95 automatic ls engine with 00 si tranny. i have the rear T bracket from the 95 integra automatic car. when putting it in the civic , the bottom 2 19mm bolts dont line up. i have looked up the parts numbers for a auto and manual bracket and they are the same. what is the correct bracket i should be using? thanks
