Default what pistons are good

If u have a b20 with a b16 head and are running stock pistons and want to run higher compresion and plan on upgrading the cams and vlvetrain to type r what are better pistons to get itr or ctr. im thinking the ctrs compression will be too high for what im running and the itr will be alright. I want to get a better valvetrain and cams but am afraid of bending the stock rods so I think the itrs will work fine what do u guys think. details on comments please

ITR pistons will not work, they are 81mm pistons and your B20 block has a 84mm bore...
Your only choice is to go aftermarket.. i would do JE Pistons... They get the job done with great quality
