That will yield a nice high compression...I think that it is around 10.8:1

It all depends on how much nitrous you want to squeeze. I'd invest in a good set of forged pistons. OEM's are nice, but they don't mix well with large amounts of the juice.

If you want OEM, use either GSR or LS in your LS/VTEC, just be careful not to squeeze to much juice. If your going with a lot of juice switch to after market slugs.

SRP's are crap don't waste your money just buy a good set of JE's and also get some crower rods. That right there will easily hold a 100 shot direct port with the right config

SRPs are not crap, they are good pistons, but wont stand abuse from detonation as readily. Don't give stuff a bad reputation just because you heard this or that.

Acutally SRP's are not made for NOS or Turbo. I've seen many problems with them and they don't respond well to FI.

All motor they are fine, but JE's are better, Wiseco's are even better than JE.

I know SRP's are crap not from hearing this or that I know from experiance. I have crack several of them from light nitrous use. Don't waste your money, for an lsvtec you should use ITR's they will make you good solid power for an all motor app. For nitrous I would use JE's

Wiesco arent as nice as JE. IMO JE are the best and most durable. Wiesco are nice.. dont get me wrong but I've inspected and installed plenty of them along with Arias.. and neither are as nice as JE. My 2 cents..
