What part of the harness/wire is this? H22 Accord
vtec wont engage and i found this wire dangling in the enginebay however i dont know where the wire is supposed to go. any help would be great.
92 jdm h22a in a 96 accord ex converted obd2-1.

The red wire is nothing from the factory harness; and the yellow wire is something tapped in for a RPM signal.
What is that plug that is not connected to anything? I'm not familiar with accords.
