Default H22a EG wiring issues

So I purchased a 93 hatch that has a JDM H22a running off a p06 ecu. It had been running for a couple months no issue but recently I had an intermittent no start problem. I thought it was the main relay but that wasn't it. I noticed I wasn't getting any spark at the plugs so I tested the dizzy (TD-61u converted to external coil) and no spark. While I was doing my testing I noticed the wiring was a complete hack job. Plugs were left hanging, some wires left exposed, and a whole lot of **** poor solder connections. Here's my problem, I wanted get a new harness as a sort of preventative maintenance and fix any wiring issues if have in the future but I'm not sure what I need. I purchased an obd1 p13 ecu and an internal coil dizzy (td-60u) but I'm not sure if a h22a1 harness will just plug and play. I think the engine is odb2. It has a 97 stamped on the block above the headers and from my research that means it was manufactured in 97. It also has the map sensor mounted on the manifold sand not the firewall which also points to obd2. Should I get an obd2 harness and use an obd1 jumper since p13s are supposed to run h22as or just use the harness I already have and plug the p13 in. Can someone tell me if the engine is obd2 for sure? I can post pics of the stamps and serial qhen I get home. Any help is appreciated.

If more info is need lmk. This is my daily and I want to get it running again asap.
