what motor do i need 94 ex civic

i was wondering if you guys would help me decide on which motor i should use. i need the car to be an everyday diver but i want as much natural power as posible i will use nos but no turbos. installation difficulty not a prob. i just cannot make up my mind .trying not to break the bank

this has been covered 1000 times a month since ive been a member.
b16, cheaper but no torque
b18c1 more expensive, but "theres no replacment for displacment"
and i can attest to that. i have a b16 and i want more torque...
