Default what kind of intake do i use in a h22a swapin a Civic HB

what intake do i buy that will fit on the H22a but in a civic do i do a short ram or do i just do the intake as a 92-95 civic si or do i do a 92-95 prelude intake. i just need to no which one will fit on the prelude motor but fit in the civic hatch.....

prelude VTEC, Type R or even an LS cai will work.. and any short ram will work.

AEM ITR cai is the only way to go. Perfect fit.

Your 92-95 Civic one will work, as that's what I used on my car (was too cheap to get an ITR-style CAI, but that's the way to go). The Prelude intake would look kind of weird, IMO, since it's bends in 2 different places and is not straight looking. Here's my old EG H22 motor w/92-95 Civic 3" intake pipe.....



BTW, that's the real-deal DC Sports DAC intake from waaaay back in the day .
