So that probably doesn't help.

Most of the F22 internals are interchangeable with the H23. The H22/H23/F22/F23 heads are all interchangeable, but the combustion area on the H heads are slightly larger than the F sleeves, so re-sleeving would be necessary if doing a head swap. Waterpump(teeth), fuel rail, intake/exhaust manifolds are not the same, but the injectors are. Passenger axle is the same, but the driver's axle can only be changed if using the halfshaft that goes along with the axle. Clutch/flywheels are interchangeable, and I think, not positive yet, that the clutch disc is also interchangeable with B series motors because the trans input shafts have the same diameter and amount of teeth.
Small things that are interchangeable with H/F, and nearly all other honda four cylinders:
Throttle body, MAP, TPS, IAT, Emission sensors, O2's, Reverse light switch, fan switch, coolant temp sensor, oil pressure sending unit, and pretty much every other sensor on the car except EGR/IACV.

I have found that clutch discs between hydro and cable trans are interchangable but the pressure plate is not. I learned this the hatrd way by busting a hole in the clutch housing of my cable trans... Thankfully my brand new ACT prolite fly wasn't fucked up.
