Choose the muffler of your choice and go have the piping mandrel bent... either in a 2.25" for best torque or 2.5" for more power at the upper rpm. Make sure that a resonator is used to give the exhaust a better and deeper tone.

Buy an exhaust for an EG. If you plan on keeping the stock header, like B18C-EJ1 said, you will need to extend the cat in order to bolt up to the exhaust. I use a custom testpipe with a stock header and a tanabe rm. You might want to get a 2.5" piping though because an exhaust made for a civic may not be strong enough to handle the exhaust gases of an integra engine. I've had my tanabe rm for 4 months and it the B-pipe cracked all the way around the pipe. I had to take it to Meineke to get it re-welded. Just my experience.

not necessarily. depending on the header you use the exhaust may not work. definitely use your muffler of choice with custom piping. mandrel is more expensive but better quality. you may want to get the tubing bent and then spray it down with some rust proof spray paint (bbq paint works well, it's super high temp resists flaking)

BTW... there is no difference in EG/EK or DC aftermarket exhaust other than the way the piping is routed. It's the same diameter, and the same muffler used. Just go with a custom exhaust that will give you the same if not better performance than an aftermaket exhaust but cheaper in $$$.

There is a difference in the muffler length. The hatchbacks have a much shorter muffler compared the the coupes and sedans, which in turn affects the tone of the exhaust gases being expelled.

Look them up side by side... Japanese companies made their exhaust for their cars and motors. The GReddy, HKS, Apex'i...etc made the Civic and Integra exhaust identical cause they used the same style motor.. DOHC V-tec. It was done this way to kill to birds with one stone. You're getting the same thing as if it were being ordered in Japan... with the exception of HKS who do make a 50mm piping for the SOHC and 60mm piping for the DOHC.
