A c-clamp to press ball joint in. Or a real tool for the job.
New bushing would be a good idea.

If I am understanding your post properly it sounds like you tore the rubber dust boot. That is easilly replaced. the new boots cost like $1.50 at Majestic Honda http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/home.htm
Unfortunately the tool used to put the spring clip back on is like $45. Dont ya just love Honda . You don't really need the tool though, just be carefull putting the clip back on and you will be fine.
If you order new dust boots you should get like four or six of them. They tear all the time. Oh and remember to clean the ball joint and re-pack it with fresh grease.

Yep. There is a metal spring clip that holds it on. looks like a section of a slinky. Yes, I know that sounds weird but it will be clear when you look at it. You might have to clean the crud off around the base of the boot to see the clip. Use a flat bladed screw driver to carefully lift the clip off while working it around the boot as you do. Again, this will be perfectly clear once you look at it.
Good luck!
IM me if you need any advice.

I think I have this same problem, except I am not sure if it is the same boot. I have been searching for a picture so someone can verify that it is the dust boot that needs replacing. Any pictures?

There are 3 ball joints on each left and right front suspension. In this pic it shows the lower ball joint. They are pressed into the spindle/knuckle. The dust boot usually tears when seperating them with a ball joint splitter. These are pics I took when overhauling my front suspension a week ago.
This pic shows the upper control arm. This piece also contains a ball joint.
The outer tie rod is also a ball joint.

if you dont want to replace it just take the rubber off it that is busted then clean it out then apply some silicone to the tear both on the inside and outside and use your finger to smoothen it out, that is what i did and it no longer leaks

This is the boot that is torn on both my left and right side brakes. Does anyone know if this boot and joint would be apart of my 94 Integra front brake swap, or would it still be my original CX piece. I just need to know so I can order the right boot.
Also, how do I go about changing this boot?
