I use both of this for reference to Compression ratio.. but the cspeed one lets you figure out Static CR with non factory pistons and all that =P

00/gsr block with USDM ITR slugs and 00/si head. Also can I use R rods are they the same as gsr?

I thought R rods my be aliitle stronger because I will be able to rev a little higher(9k) with a pr3 head with R internals. If im wrong or you have some imput on this please let me know cause I have gsr rods and could use the money else where. thanks

just use the stock gsr rods ...the itr rods might be balanced with in .01 grams 
but you could the money for a good set of rod bolts...not really a weak point on a vtec motor but more of an peace of mind part..
