What to buy (Accord or Civic)?

What to buy (Accord or Civic)?
I know this is purely a personal opinion question, but I'll see what I get for responses anyway. I'm seriously considering buying a new car. I initially was deadset on an Accord, because I was sold on the h22, but I've recently been doing some research into the Civics. I would go with 93-95, either way, EX, Manual, and, I know you guys will hate this: four door sedan.
I think this puts me at about the same weight. I assume the Accord has the nicer options, but the Civic has much greater flexibility as far as swaps and everything goes. And I do want to swap.
If I go with a civic, I'll either go with a B18B, and a LOT of turbo/tweaking, or a B18C1 or 5, with some turbo. For the accord, the only viable engine swap was the h22a, I believe? I've heard shakey results on turboing it, but I'd probably give it a shot anyway.
I plan on doing this all myself, as there isn't a shop around here that would do something like that (Maine).
Finally, I'm under the impression that with the Accord, I'll be getting high-14s, at best, and with a decently tuned civic with either engine, high-13s to mid 14s is possible. Is this accurate? Quarter miles aren't the only important thing, fun to drive is right up there.
So, help me guys, and I'll contribute back, with documentation on my future struggle (to include an mp3 + head based stereo system, plus $6,000 to $10,000 worth of mods to the car).

Re: What to buy (Accord or Civic)? (stimmy)
Here is my 2 cents........
I have a 92-95 Civic Hatch and it is probably the easiest car to work on ever for me. I have been wrenching domestics for 10 years and wrenching on imports for 2 and the civics are the easiest. I recently helped with an H22 swap into an Accord and it is a big pain, howver, the car afterwards is quite impressive. If I had it all to do over again I would stay Civic. As far as Forced Induction goes I say they are both a bitch. I have good friends with Turbo Preludes and Turbo GSRs and my only advise to you is Fully build Up your motor, Tune it perfectly, and be prepared to dump alot of money in it. Until you learn to tune it and run correct boost you may become good friends with the local machine shop.
Good Luck whichever way you go.
